Boxing Daily Report from the Rattlesnake Promotions promoted show at Don Haskins Convention Center, El Paso,  taking place on 28/02/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jair Arcila (20(13) - 2) who hails from Duran, Ecuador and Turgay Pekmezci(13 - 4(1) - 1) from Sofia, Bulgaria.  Arcila weighed in at 140 pounds, while Pekmezci weighed in at 139 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ian Hesson, and the three ringside judges are Robert Corfield, Ian Hesson and Bryan Priddy.
