Aatif Yacoubi vs John Penrose

Boxing Daily Report from the ABP Promotions promoted show at Antelope Valley Fairgrounds, Lancaster,  taking place on 24/02/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Aatif The Body Snatcher Yacoubi (14(7) - 0) who hails from Berkane, Morocco and John Penrose(8 - 10 - 3) from New York City, USA.  Yacoubi weighed in at 146 pounds and 11 ounces, while Penrose weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Morgan Kneeland, and the three ringside judges are Peter Ardis, Zuffur Sylla and Dillon Ireland.  

Round 1: 

Yacoubi lands a straight 1 - 2.
