Seamus Taggart vs Anthony MacVicar

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ireland-Munster promoted show at Jordan Davin Gym, Limerick,  taking place on 22/01/2026:

Clearly AI Ireland-Munster have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Irish-Munster Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Seamus Taggart (5 - 10 - 2) who hails from Cork, Ireland and Anthony MacVicar(6 - 4 - 1) from Limerick, Ireland.  Both Taggart and MacVicar weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Eoghan Healey, and the three ringside judges are Evan Coghlan, Patrick Hannigan and Joshua Fylan.
