Eiji Fukuda vs Satoru Kuba

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Fukuoka promoted show at Fukuoka Ide, Fukuoka,  taking place on 20/02/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Fukuoka Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Eiji Fukuda (11 - 4) who hails from Fukuoka, Japan and Satoru Kuba(3 - 14 - 2 - 1(NC)) from Fukuoka, Japan.  Fukuda weighed in at 121 pounds and 8 ounces, while Kuba weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Goro Koizumi, and the three ringside judges are Yasushi Baba, Hiroki Sawa and Daichi Okabe.  

Round 1: 

Kuba advances into close range.  Fukuda pivots to the side of his opponent and digs in a right hook to his opponents body.
