Diego Cain vs Francisco Joaquin

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Chile-Valparaiso promoted show at Viba del Mar Pedrosa, Viba del Mar,  taking place on 05/03/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Chile-Valparaiso Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Diego Cain (18 - 0) who hails from Viba del Mar, Chile and Francisco Joaquin(8 - 8 - 3) from Valparaiso, Chile.  Cain weighed in at 146 pounds and 8 ounces, while Joaquin weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Quico Feliciano, and the three ringside judges are Montenegro Mateo, Carlos Andujar and Oro Calle.
