Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kazakhstan-South Kazakhstan promoted show at Vitali Baighanbaeff Gym, Shymkent,  taking place on 22/02/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kazakhstan Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTK, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Marlen Kazbekov (8 - 4 - 4) who hails from Karagandy, Kazakhstan and Umair Bajckodamoff(9 - 1 - 1) from Shymkent, Kazakhstan.  Both Kazbekov and Bajckodamoff weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Azam Zaiylckanoff, and the three ringside judges are Vikenti Kusheckov, Fedar Baimuratov and Fedar Baimuratov.
