Harendra Iyenger vs Bilal Mahmood

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Malaysia-Perak promoted show at Waqar Qazi Gym, Ipoh,  taking place on 20/02/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Malaysia-Perak Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Harendra Iyenger (11 - 7 - 2) who hails from Ipoh, Malaysia and Bilal Mahmood(11 - 0) from Ipoh, Malaysia.  Both Iyenger and Mahmood weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Tariq Masih, and the three ringside judges are Ibrahim Baccus, Syed Khan and Mohsin Zaki.  

Round 1: 

Mahmood feints a cross, fooling Iyenger into throwing a right uppercut counter.  Mahmood is waiting for the shot and counters with a right hook.
