Alejandro Souva vs Jax Luiz

Boxing Daily Report from the Sumito Urayama's KO Kings promoted show at Rua Javari Stadium, Sao Paulo,  taking place on 18/04/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Brazil Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on SporTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Alejandro Rico Suave Souva (13(3) - 1) who hails from Sao Paulo, Brazil and Jax Luiz(13 - 1(1) - 2) from Fortaleza, Brazil.  Both Souva and Luiz weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Carlos Pinho, and the three ringside judges are Gervasio Lino, Carlos Pinho and Marco Lapa.
