Khalid Matin vs Ahmed Kaiser

Boxing Daily Report from the Katusha Promotions promoted show at Petaling Jaya Aly, Petaling Jaya,  taking place on 26/01/2026:

Clearly Katusha Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Malaysia-Selangor Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Khalid Matin (6 - 8 - 2) who hails from Shah Alam, Malaysia and Ahmed Kaiser(7 - 11 - 3) from Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.  Both Matin and Kaiser weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Atif Awan, and the three ringside judges are Ibrahim Khalaf, Sajid Madani and Rashid Bhutto.
