Alano Mata vs Manuel Tiscareno

Boxing Daily Report from the Darbenyan Promotions promoted show at Jose Ruano Gym, Acapulco,  taking place on 26/01/2026:

Clearly Darbenyan Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Mexico-Guerrero Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alano Mata (11 - 0) who hails from Acapulco, Mexico and Manuel Tiscareno(7 - 8 - 2) from Acapulco, Mexico.  Mata weighed in at 126 pounds, while Tiscareno weighed in at 125 pounds And 15 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Carlos Sancho, and the three ringside judges are Xeres Hermosillo, Carlos Jurado and Fidel Molina.  

Round 1: 

Mata gets on the inside and connects with a right uppercut.
