Boxing Daily Report from the AI El Salvador-San Salvador promoted show at Isidro Calistro Gym, Mejicanos,  taking place on 24/02/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the El Salvador Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Canal 17, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Cruz Tejeda (9 - 3 - 2) who hails from San Salvador, El Salvador and Juan Portugal(4 - 0 - 1) from Soyapango, El Salvador.  Both Tejeda and Portugal weighed in at 115 pounds.
