Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Delta State promoted show at Protea Hotel Delta, Warri,  taking place on 24/02/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Delta State Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sone Olukojo (5 - 12 - 2) who hails from Warri, Nigeria and Ibrahim Shehata(18 - 1 - 1) from Warri, Nigeria.  Olukojo weighed in at 237 pounds, while Shehata weighed in at 239 pounds And 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Denton Bajah, and the three ringside judges are Chima Iloenyosi, Sajid Nasser and Lordson Aduda.
