Santiago Magtoto vs Diego Lozano

Boxing Daily Report from the Bonchaka Promotions promoted show at Leighton Dimabasa Gym, Batangas City,  taking place on 29/01/2026:

Clearly Bonchaka Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Batangas Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Santiago Magtoto (6 - 19) who hails from Lipa, Philippines and Diego Lozano(9 - 8 - 1) from Lipa, Philippines.  Magtoto weighed in at 112 pounds, while Lozano weighed in at 111 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Lumala, and the three ringside judges are Jose Macatunao, Diego Dacuno and Santiago Alinsangan.  

Round 1: 

Magtoto switches the action to the outside and lands an overhand left.
