Urvano Salmeron vs Paco Alfaro

Boxing Daily Report from the Kpegah Promotions promoted show at Cebu City Macalino, Cebu City,  taking place on 29/01/2026:

Clearly Kpegah Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Philippines-Cebu Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Urvano Salmeron (8 - 10 - 1) who hails from Mandaue, Philippines and Paco Alfaro(6 - 5 - 4) from Mandaue, Philippines.  Salmeron weighed in at 160 pounds, while Alfaro weighed in at 159 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Fanuco Cabili, and the three ringside judges are Emanuel Pansoy, Justin Pesigan and Stuart Magpatoc.
