Borya Pirog vs Daniil Tchepikov

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Russia-Nizhny Novgorod Oblast promoted show at Yulian Yashin Gym, Dzerzhinsk,  taking place on 28/02/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Russia-Nizhny Novgorod Oblast Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Borya Pirog (6 - 7 - 1) who hails from Nizhny Novgorod, Russia and Daniil Tchepikov(5 - 5 - 2) from Nizhny Novgorod, Russia.  Both Pirog and Tchepikov weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Toma Romanov, and the three ringside judges are Sasha Bykov, Fadei Rakowski and Alik Cherkasov.
