Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Africa-Western Cape promoted show at Cape Town De Jongh, Cape Town,  taking place on 28/02/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Africa-Western Cape Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Montraie Bimi (7 - 5 - 1) who hails from Khayelitsha, South Africa and Zach Makangila(3 - 5 - 3) from Cape Town, South Africa.  Both Bimi and Makangila weighed in at 135 pounds.
