Chung-yong Sung vs Woo-young Che

Boxing Daily Report from the AI South Korea-Ulsan promoted show at Chan-dong Chong Gym, Ulsan,  taking place on 28/02/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the South Korea-Ulsan Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Chung-yong Sung (13 - 2 - 1) who hails from Ulsan, South Korea and Woo-young Che(8 - 6(1) - 4) from Ulsan, South Korea.  Sung weighed in at 139 pounds and 14 ounces, while Che weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jae-sung Che, and the three ringside judges are Jae-sung Yoo, Seung-gyu Mun and Jae-sung Che.  

Round 1: 

Che tries to step out of his opponents range and attempts to land a jab, but Sung blocks the shot and counters with a sharp cross.
