Alfonso Mestas vs Federico Romas

Boxing Daily Report from the Luminarias del Boxeo promoted show at Barcelona Lobo, Barcelona,  taking place on 25/02/2026:

Clearly Luminarias del Boxeo have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Alfonso Mestas (2 - 0) who hails from Alcala de Henares, Spain and Federico Romas(3 - 2 - 2) from Madrid, Spain.  Mestas weighed in at 140 pounds, while Romas weighed in at 139 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Alejandro Lince, and the three ringside judges are Vicente Inocencio, Beltran Frasco and Bronco Ante.  

Round 1: 

Mestas throws a right uppercut, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.
