Robert Bradley vs Michael Redpath

Boxing Daily Report from the Ace Boxing promoted show at Citizens Business Bank Arena, Ontario,  taking place on 21/03/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Pacific Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Robert Bradley (11(1) - 0) who hails from Oceanside, USA and Michael Redpath(6 - 11(3) - 4) from Huntington Beach, USA.  Both Bradley and Redpath weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bradley Fortun, and the three ringside judges are David Evans, Dylan Nield and John Vaughn.  

Round 1: 

Bradley feints a jab, and then connects with a sharp cross.  
Bradley steps inside and lands a right hook.  Bradley clinches his opponent.  Bradley pushes his forearm into Redpath's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Bradley retreats back to the ropes, and waits for his opponent to attack.  Redpath steps in throwing power shots but is unable to land cleanly.  
Redpath sidesteps to the left of his opponent.  Bradley digs in a firm left uppercut to Redpath's body.  Bradley attempts to land a left hook, but Redpath slips the shot and counters with a cross.  
Bradley is on target with a stinging left hook to Redpath's body.  Bradley clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Bradley pushes his forearm into Redpath's face.  The ref breaks Bradley's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Bradley lands a right hook to the body followed by a left hook to the head.  He continues the combination and lands a double right hook to his opponents head.  Bradley holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Bradley pushes his forearm into Redpath's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Bradley is on target with a sharp left hook to his opponents body.  
Bradley digs in a solid left hook to Redpath's body.  Bradley clinches his opponent.  Bradley leans on his opponent using all his weight. Redpath is using his forearm in the clinch.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.

Redpath closes the distance.  Bradley lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Redpath pivots to the left of his opponent.  Redpath throws a right uppercut, but Bradley clinches his opponent.  Bradley leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Bradley tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Redpath behind the head. 
Bradley lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.  
Bradley lands a left hook.  
Redpath is on target with a right hook.  Redpath attempts to land a right hook, but Bradley parries the shot and counters with a solid left uppercut.  
At the end of Round 1, lets listen in on the corners...Redpath's trainer is telling his fighter to increase his workrate.

Redpath feints a jab, but Bradley does not fall for it and responds with a right hook to Redpath's body.  
Bradley advances into close range and lands a right hook followed by a left uppercut to his opponents body.  
Bradley lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Bradley lands a left hook to the body, and then to the head.

That has caused minor swelling  around the left eye.
