Farhan Fares vs Noel Mwachofi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Machakos promoted show at Amon Akaranga Gym, Kangundo-Tala,  taking place on 28/02/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya-Machakos Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Farhan Fares (7 - 6 - 1) who hails from Kangundo-Tala, Kenya and Noel Mwachofi(2 - 3 - 2) from Kangundo-Tala, Kenya.  Both Fares and Mwachofi weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ludacris Taher, and the three ringside judges are Vashon Magut, Imran Rahman and Ian Elmi.  

Round 1: 

Mwachofi is looking to close the distance and lands a left hook.
