Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Louisiana promoted show at Crescent City Boxing Gym, New Orleans,  taking place on 27/02/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the USA-Louisiana Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Abercrombie (8 - 2 - 1) who hails from New Orleans, USA and Mike Samson(13 - 1) from Lafayette, USA.  Both Abercrombie and Samson weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is James Smillie, and the three ringside judges are Ricky Glasco, Stuart Grieve and Arthur Tran.  

Round 1: 

Samson advances into close range and lands a left uppercut, right hook and a left hook to his opponents body.  Samson holds on to his opponent.  Samson throws a hook within the clinch but hits his opponent behind the head.
