Burke Jann vs Berend Giesel

Boxing Daily Report from the Situmbeko Promotions promoted show at Hamburg Storch, Hamburg,  taking place on 19/03/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Germany-Hamburg Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Burke Jann (12 - 2) who hails from Hamburg, Germany and Berend Giesel(20 - 3 - 1) from Hamburg, Germany.  Jann weighed in at 174 pounds and 13 ounces, while Giesel weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Teoboldo Gauker, and the three ringside judges are Adelberto Gauerke, Conrado Anders and Louis Heit.
