Zachary Hughes vs Mark Yelton

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Michigan promoted show at Grand Rapids Napier, Grand Rapids,  taking place on 02/03/2026:

Clearly AI USA-Michigan have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Michigan Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Zachary Hughes (5 - 8 - 2) who hails from Grand Rapids, USA and Mark Yelton(4 - 8 - 3) from Detroit, USA.  Both Hughes and Yelton weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Amon Watters, and the three ringside judges are Phil Boydston, Amon Watters and Leighton Dempsey.
