John Yale vs Mason Sarr

Boxing Daily Report from the Cletus Van Damme promoted show at Chris Perry Gym, Nashville,  taking place on 02/02/2026:

Clearly Cletus Van Damme have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Tennessee Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Yale (7 - 5(1) - 1) who hails from Nashville, USA and Mason Sarr(5 - 16 - 3) from Nashville, USA.  Yale weighed in at 134 pounds And 5 ounces, while Sarr weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John Cranston, and the three ringside judges are Clint Blagg, Robert Davidson and Kris Breck.
