Ahmed Betros vs Mohsin Mahdi

Boxing Daily Report from the Sembene Promotions promoted show at Malik Najar Gym, Sana'a,  taking place on 03/03/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Yemen Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Yemen TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ahmed Betros (8 - 5 - 1) who hails from Sana'a, Yemen and Mohsin Mahdi(8 - 6(1) - 1) from Sana'a, Yemen.  Both Betros and Mahdi weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Faisal Hossain, and the three ringside judges are Rehan Akel, Mohsin Aslam and Saad Nabi.
