Mikio Kawahara vs Mitsuru Imamura

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Tokyo promoted show at Dai Tano Gym, Tokyo,  taking place on 04/03/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Tokyo Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mikio Kawahara (4 - 3 - 6) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Mitsuru Imamura(4 - 2 - 7) from Machida, Japan.  Kawahara weighed in at 115 pounds, while Imamura weighed in at 114 pounds And 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Kyo Arima, and the three ringside judges are Dai Ishikawa, Isamu Okimoto and Daichi Noda.
