Ian Gumo vs Noah Kimathi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Nakuru promoted show at Nakuru Kassar, Nakuru,  taking place on 04/03/2026:

Clearly AI Kenya-Nakuru have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Kenya-Nakuru Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTV, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ian Gumo (9 - 0 - 1) who hails from Nakuru, Kenya and Noah Kimathi(3 - 4 - 6) from Naivasha, Kenya.  Gumo weighed in at 199 pounds and 4 ounces, while Kimathi weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is David Beauttah, and the three ringside judges are Mike Redsan, Ibrahim Halaby and Andy Uttien.  

Round 1:
