Andy Paullin vs John Gikonyo

Boxing Daily Report from the Rattlesnake Promotions promoted show at Don Haskins Convention Center, El Paso,  taking place on 28/02/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Andy Paullin (19 - 0) who hails from Coral Springs, USA and John Gikonyo(7 - 7(1) - 1) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Paullin weighed in at 175 pounds, while Gikonyo weighed in at 174 pounds And 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ian Hesson, and the three ringside judges are Robert Corfield, Bryan Priddy and Ian Hesson.
