Mirali Budagova vs Rizvan Kerimov

Boxing Daily Report from the UAE Boxing promoted show at Zabrat Stadium, Baku,  taking place on 18/04/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Azerbaijan Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AZTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Mirali Budagova (14(1) - 2) who hails from Shamkir, Azerbaijan and Rizvan Kerimov(7 - 2 - 1) from Lankaran, Azerbaijan.  Both Budagova and Kerimov weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Alesger Aslanov, and the three ringside judges are Syed Azer, Nurlan Hagverdiyev and Waleed Khokhar.
