Shamil Beglerbekov vs Amer Aboud

Boxing Daily Report from the Njoroge Promotions promoted show at Sumqayit Nahas, Sumqayit,  taking place on 11/02/2026:

Clearly Njoroge Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Azerbaijan-Absheron Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Shamil Beglerbekov (5 - 8 - 2) who hails from Baku, Azerbaijan and Amer Aboud(13 - 4 - 1) from Baku, Azerbaijan.  Beglerbekov weighed in at 147 pounds, while Aboud weighed in at 146 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Alekber Ameen, and the three ringside judges are Huseinqulu Ismailov, Yasaf Mahmudov and Nariman Jafri.
