Kris Ju vs Rashid Rizk

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Malaysia-Sarawak promoted show at Kuching Baluch, Kuching,  taking place on 22/03/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Malaysia-Selangor Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Kris Ju (9 - 8 - 2) who hails from Petaling Jaya, Malaysia and Rashid Rizk(6 - 0 - 1) from Shah Alam, Malaysia.  Both Ju and Rizk weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Abdul Musa, and the three ringside judges are Rashid Bhutto, Zafa Mannan and Waqas Zogby.  

Round 1: 

Rizk walks his opponent down, trapping him in a neutral corner.  Rizk lands a left uppercut to the head followed by a right hook to the body.
