Neper Jurado vs Ponce Prados

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Brazil-Ceara promoted show at Fortaleza Barreira, Fortaleza,  taking place on 12/02/2026:

Clearly AI Brazil-Ceara have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Brazil-Ceara Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Neper Jurado (18 - 7 - 2) who hails from Fortaleza, Brazil and Ponce Prados(13 - 4 - 1) from Fortaleza, Brazil.  Both Jurado and Prados weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Oro Augusto, and the three ringside judges are Baltasar Rodas, Lorenzo Serra and Ximen Souva.  

Round 1: 

Jurado is looking to keep the action on the outside and lands an overhand right.
