Ulan Saleh vs Matt Ruhumbika

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uganda-Kampala District promoted show at YMCA Ground, Kampala,  taking place on 13/03/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Eastern African Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on UTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Ulan Saleh (17 - 3(1)) who hails from Kampala, Uganda and Matt Ruhumbika(14 - 5) from Kampala, Uganda.  Both Saleh and Ruhumbika weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Imran Zaman, and the three ringside judges are David Iii, Jevonte Olinga and Jack Mugo.
