Raoul Begue vs Gregory Maru

Boxing Daily Report from the Afrifa Promotions promoted show at Yaoundé Nicolas, Yaoundé,  taking place on 13/02/2026:

Clearly Afrifa Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Cameroon-Centre Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Raoul Begue (16 - 5) who hails from Yaoundé, Cameroon and Gregory Maru(6 - 5 - 5) from Yaoundé, Cameroon.  Both Begue and Maru weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Briar Meiffret, and the three ringside judges are Carolus Bourdelle, Briar Meiffret and Tyson Nguekam.
