Frisco Clavijo vs Xaver Valencia

Boxing Daily Report from the Supreme Boxing Promotions promoted show at El San Juan Resort and Casino, San Juan,  taking place on 12/03/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Frisco Clavijo (3 - 0) who hails from Carolina, Puerto Rico and Xaver Valencia(1 - 1) from Ponce, Puerto Rico.  Both Clavijo and Valencia weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Diego Marina, and the three ringside judges are Marco Portalatin, Alejandro Mayor and Quico Sereno.  

Round 1: 

Clavijo advances into close range and connects with a left hook.  
Clavijo is looking to keep his distance.  Clavijo quickly sidesteps from in front of his opponent and lands a sharp overhand right.  
Valencia steps inside.  Clavijo lands a double left hook to his opponents head.  
Clavijo steps inside and lands a left hook to the head followed by a right hook to the body.  Clavijo holds on to his opponent.  Clavijo is using his forearm in the clinch.  The referee breaks the clinch and warns Clavijo to stop fouling.
