Farhan Rouai vs Saad Belloumi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Algeria-Oran promoted show at Oran Belhocine, Oran,  taking place on 14/03/2026:

Clearly AI Algeria-Oran have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Algeria-Oran Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Farhan Rouai (6 - 5 - 2) who hails from Oran, Algeria and Saad Belloumi(2 - 10 - 2) from Oran, Algeria.  Both Rouai and Belloumi weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Asif Salem, and the three ringside judges are Atif Hacini, Rehan Tobbal and Amer Aissou.
