Shin Konishi vs Hideki Hiraoka

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Tokyo promoted show at Tokyo Yamamoto, Tokyo,  taking place on 14/03/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Japan-Tokyo Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Sky-A Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Shin Konishi (12 - 5 - 3) who hails from Tokyo, Japan and Hideki Hiraoka(5 - 4(1) - 5) from Tokyo, Japan.  Both Konishi and Hiraoka weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Taro Sunada, and the three ringside judges are Hisao Yamane, Isamu Kuno and Dai Fujita.
