Leighton Coppin vs Chris Duggan

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Illinois promoted show at Dan Hilson Gym, Rockford,  taking place on 15/02/2026:

Clearly AI USA-Illinois have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Illinois Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Leighton Coppin (8 - 12(1) - 3) who hails from Chicago, USA and Chris Duggan(5 - 0) from Chicago, USA.  Both Coppin and Duggan weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Noel Hart, and the three ringside judges are Will Girvin, Cody Cockburn and Mark Terres.  

Round 1: 

Duggan pivots from in front of his opponent.  Coppin finds the target with a jab.
