Yao Ching vs Dewei De

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Shanghai promoted show at Shanghai Bing, Shanghai,  taking place on 16/03/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on His TV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Yao Ching (16 - 0 - 1) who hails from Taizhou, China and Dewei De(13 - 5) from Shanghai, China.  Ching weighed in at 129 pounds and 5 ounces, while De weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Zhu Yeoh, and the three ringside judges are Uang Chun, Qing-Nan Soo and An Long.
