Michael Dagg vs Duncan Hairston

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Gold Gym, Brisbane,  taking place on 07/03/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 8 round matchup are Michael Dagg (6 - 0) who hails from Christchurch, New Zealand and Duncan Hairston(14 - 5) from Adelaide, Australia.  Both Dagg and Hairston weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Francesco Ghiglia, and the three ringside judges are Inigo Craigen, Zain Sharifi and Ian Corrie.  

Round 1: 

Dagg lands a jab.
