Orlando Jacobo vs Quito Barabas

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Dominican Republic-Distrito Nacional promoted show at Santo Domingo de Guz Huerta, Santo Domingo de Guzman,  taking place on 17/03/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Dominican Republic Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CERTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Orlando Jacobo (16 - 2) who hails from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic and Quito Barabas(13 - 3 - 1) from San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic.  Jacobo weighed in at 114 pounds and 12 ounces, while Barabas weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Santiago Cura, and the three ringside judges are Paco Cantero, Ivan Vasques and Noe Justiniano.  

Round 1:
