Cipriano Leyba vs Dimos Marro

Boxing Daily Report from the Burja Promotions promoted show at Porfio Majano Gym, Santo Domingo de Guzman,  taking place on 17/03/2026:

Clearly Burja Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Dominican Republic-Distrito Nacional Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cipriano Leyba (6 - 11 - 1) who hails from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic and Dimos Marro(17 - 4 - 1) from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic.  Leyba weighed in at 139 pounds and 10 ounces, while Marro weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hernan Orosco, and the three ringside judges are Ramirez Banegas, Diego Roberto and Guillermo Galea.
