Sylwester Baranek vs Marcin Halas

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Poland-Pomeranian promoted show at Gdynia Grabiec, Gdynia,  taking place on 17/02/2026:

Clearly AI Poland-Pomeranian have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Poland-Pomeranian Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sylwester Baranek (7 - 10 - 2) who hails from Gdansk, Poland and Marcin Halas(7(2) - 0) from Gdansk, Poland.  Both Baranek and Halas weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Wojtek Zagata, and the three ringside judges are Kundrat Gut, Jeronim ZaPolishski and Leszek Wach.  

Round 1: 

Halas lands three consecutive jabs to his opponents head.

Halas advances into close range.  Halas sidesteps to the left of his opponent and digs in a left uppercut to his opponents liver.
