Jawad Jasem vs Danyaal Abad

Boxing Daily Report from the UAE Boxing promoted show at DSC Hockey Stadium, Dubai,  taking place on 02/05/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a mandatory fight for the UAE Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Al Jazeera Sports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jawad Jasem (18(7) - 0) who hails from Dubai, UAE and Danyaal Abad(10 - 1) from Dubai, UAE.  Jasem weighed in at 153 pounds, while Abad weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Asif Hamra, and the three ringside judges are Obaid Lahout, Khalid Barkett and Imran Hasnawi.
