Saku Kangas vs Ale Carpelan

Boxing Daily Report from the Folotiya Promotions promoted show at Helsinki Ylatalo, Helsinki,  taking place on 19/03/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Finland-Uusimaa Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Saku Kangas (13 - 1) who hails from Espoo, Finland and Ale Carpelan(6 - 2 - 2) from Helsinki, Finland.  Both Kangas and Carpelan weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Joonas Kivikoski, and the three ringside judges are Niko Kumpula, Rami Kivimaki and Kaapro Kuusi.  

Round 1: 

Kangas lands an overhand right followed by a jab to his opponents head.
