Lucas Otero vs Rodrigo Avitia

Boxing Daily Report from the Smoking Joe promoted show at Bing Crosby Hall, San Diego,  taking place on 06/04/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Lucas Otero (15(2) - 0 - 1) who hails from Riverside, USA and Rodrigo Avitia(14 - 4) from San Miguel de Tucuman, Argentina.  Both Otero and Avitia weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bruce Carra, and the three ringside judges are Justin Lever, Malcolm Waldie and Ashley Nesmith.
