Oisin Higgins vs Ronald McNish

Boxing Daily Report from the All Talk Promotions promoted show at All Gym, Dublin,  taking place on 05/03/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Oisin Higgins (1 - 0) who hails from Drogheda, Ireland and Ronald McNish(0 - 6 - 2) from London, UK.  Both Higgins and McNish weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Mel Mohan, and the three ringside judges are Leon Finnin, Brandon Whalen and Rory Carver.

Higgins closes the distance.  McNish throws a right uppercut, but Higgins ties up his opponent.  Higgins tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits McNish's kidney. The referee breaks the clinch and warns Higgins to stop fouling.  
Higgins lands a left hook to the head, a right hook to the body and a left hook to the head.  
Higgins is looking to close the distance and digs in a left hook to his opponents body.  
Higgins closes the distance and is on target with a left hook to his opponents ribs.

As the two fighters work on the inside, their heads come together!  The ref acknowledges the accidental headclash but allows the action to continue.    That accidental headbutt has resulted in some damage to Higgins.  That has caused swelling  around the right eye.
