Boxing Daily Report from the Quick Tan Promotions promoted show at Popcocks Indoor Sports Arena, Johannesburg,  taking place on 27/03/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are John Ngassi (8(3) - 0) who hails from Durban, South Africa and Efe Soyinka(11 - 11(1) - 4) from Lagos, Nigeria.  Ngassi weighed in at 146 pounds and 11 ounces, while Soyinka weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Rob Bakwamba, and the three ringside judges are Peter Mbalula, Ubanwa Koranteng and Lisimba Jali.
