Ethan Friel vs Lorcan McCracken

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ireland-Leinster promoted show at Dun Laoghaire Higgins, Dun Laoghaire,  taking place on 23/02/2026:

Clearly AI Ireland-Leinster have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Irish-Leinster Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ethan Friel (11 - 6(2) - 3) who hails from Dundalk, Ireland and Lorcan McCracken(2 - 1 - 1) from Dublin, Ireland.  Friel weighed in at 231 pounds and 4 ounces, while McCracken weighed in at 242 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Rory Finnegan, and the three ringside judges are Leon Finnin, Jason Farrell and Mike Green.
