Boxing Daily Report from the AI Jamaica-Kingston promoted show at Mel Irvine Gym, Kingston,  taking place on 23/03/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Jamaica-Kingston Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jay Shone (8 - 1) who hails from Kingston, Jamaica and Floyd Mattox(4 - 3) from Kingston, Jamaica.  Both Shone and Mattox weighed in at 118 pounds.  
The referee tonight is John French, and the three ringside judges are Davie Taylor, Geoff Torrence and Gareth Stater.
